Cancellation Policy

Our full, current cancellation terms — including the day-tour and accommodation refund schedules — live on our Booking Terms page, alongside the Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver that every guest agrees to before a booking is confirmed.

In short: the earlier you tell us, the more flexible we can be. Day tours are fully refundable 7+ days ahead, 50% refundable from 48 hours to 7 days, and non-refundable inside 48 hours. Accommodation deposits are fully refundable 14+ days before check-in, 50% from 7–14 days, and non-refundable inside 7 days. Anything we cancel for weather or safety is fully refunded or rescheduled.
